SOS136 - Wide Open Seas

This week's challenge at Shopping Our Stash is called Cabin Fever. No, we don't want you to use a cabin in your project. By Cabin Fever we refer to the time of year (at least in the Northern Hemisphere) where the weather is very cold and wet and windy and we are stuck inside, just wishing we could be OUTside. So this week we'd like you to make a card or other project with an outdoors-y theme.

From my card is obvious I wish I was somewhere on or by the sea - preferably a warm one, with sandy beaches and palm trees :)
Stamps are all from Open Seas set, sentiment is from Bitty Banners set.

Challenges:
Stampin for the weekend -Happy Birthday
Totally Papercrafts - one for the boys
Art Impressions - Trips Ahoy
Charisma Cardz - for the boys

A super color combination! Ah, the water. Warm water. I tried to get a car wash today, but it's closed because the outside temp is < 20F. It got up to 9F today. WARM water, please, preferably at a tropical beach!!!!!

I LOVE how you've layered everything! Fabulous colours too - and yep, the tropics would be much nicer right now :)

Sandy beaches and palm trees it is!! Take me with you!! It has been below freezing for almost 2 weeks now! I'm always cold! I love the color you chose for your card, a very tropical blue!
