SOS129 - Special Season
This week at Shopping Our Stash we ask you to make a project with either a Holiday or Winter
theme. It can be any of the upcoming Winter holidays, including the
Winter Solstice, or just a plain Winter-themed card -- hot cocoa, snow,
sleds, fireplaces, etc. LOTS of options here.
Since I still have lot of Christmas cards to do - here comes another one (actually I made 10 of these) :)

Winter Wonderland Sunset
Good Morning! I'm back with another Christmas card using Lovely as Tree set.
This one inspired by card I saw on Pinterest. Trees are embossed with white on vellum. Snow is made by stamping dots from Gorgeous Grunge with Versamark and embossing them with Dazzling Diamonds EP.

Another take (or 2) on Festive Flurry
I'm back with more snowflake cards - so in order not to jinx an avalanche or extreme snowfall, I'll put these away after today and I'll be back tomorrow with oldie but goodie stamp set.
But back to snowflakes:
First - very simple and mailable Christmas card in Coastal Cabana and silver
Second - finally had time to play with Circle Thinlit card die:
I made the longer version so there is plenty of space for Christmas wishes.

Crafty Creations - dies & punches (2nd card)

SOS127 - Blue & Kraft Snowflakes
It's time for another Shopping Our Stash challenge, and this week's theme is: use something already out on your desk.
This one was pretty easy for me. I still had my snowflake stamps on my desk from last week and kraft (Crumb Cake) card stock too, so I made this card:
It's perfectly timed as we just had our first snow of the season last night - and it stayed till this morning. Snowflakes were stamped in Versamark on Crumb Cake CS and embossed with white EP. Then I sponged the panel with blue inks.
Challenges:
C is for Challenge - winter is coming
CRAFT - Christmas
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge - outdoors
Ladybug Crafts Ink - use kraft CS

Christmas washi gift set
Last night I felt like playing with my new SU washi tape and here is what I created:
the candle is pretty simple - just wrapped 3 rows of tape around it and attached a bow made with Cherry Cobbler seam binding.
For the card I covered the whole back panel with washi tape and then used sketch from Sunday Stamps. Topped the little banners with snowflake from Festive Flurry set.
The mini composition notebook is once again covered with washi and then topped with die cuts from Circle Card Thinlit Die.
Challenges:
Create with Connie and Mary - color combo
Created with Love - Christmas reds and greens
Fab'n' funky - Traditional Christmas Colors

Ornament Keepsakes Candle Card
I'm a brand new Stampin' Up Demo, so while I was waiting for my new goodies to arrive I used my olders Stampin Up stash and created this candle card. It's a perfect little gift - more than just a card, but you won't break a bank. Plus it's handmade :)
I used an ornament from Ornament Keepsakes set (one of the sets on current 25% off promotion) and a retired DP. I found this tutorial and adjusted the measurements to inches.
Supplies:
Stamps: Ornament Keepsakes, Pines and Poinsettias (R)
Paper: Cherry Cobbler CS, Very Vanilla CS, Be Of Good Cheer DP (R)
Ink: Cherry Cobbler
Other: Very Vanilla velvet ribbon, Ornament Keepsakes Thinlit Dies, embossing folder
Challenges:
Polkadoodle - Christmas is Coming
Addicted to Stamps - Christmas is Coming
C.R.A.F.T - Christmas
Crafty Little Fairies - Christmas in October
